久しぶりにDucrato先生のレッスンを受講することができました。ベトナム料理のことを説明していて春巻きって何ていうんだっけと思い出せず、適当にspring roleといったらまさか伝わったので嬉しくなりました。揚げ春巻きと生春巻きは両方フィリピンにもあるそうで、先生は生春巻きは嫌いとのこと。はじめて先生とレッスンした時には食べ物の話する余裕なんて自分になかったなと感じます。いつもありがとうございます。
