ノイズキャンセリングマイクを使っていないのか、周りの声がうるさくて先生の言っていることが聞き取りにくかった。カランレッスンだったので、これは結構致命的。また、New Wordsなのに回答を待たれたのでどう答えていいか分からず、各解答ごとに2秒ほどお互い沈黙の時間があり、時間がもったいないと感じた。
