いい先生です。励ますというよりは褒めることでやる気を引き出してくれます。授業も単にスライドを読むか指示通りのシステマチックなものではなく、学習者に考えさせる・話させる機会を作るようなフレキシブルなものでした。高負荷であっても楽しみながら授業を受けることができます。
