初めてのREMSだったので緊張して、うまく言葉がでないことや、理解不足の点がありましたが、丁寧に説明していただきました。終始リラックスできるように声かけしていただいたり、笑顔で根気よく教えていただいたので、楽しくレッスンを受けることができました。
