She is very friendly and kind to my son. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding the course titles, between Smart Kids Starter and Smart Kids Pre-Starter.
She misunderstood the page that we should continue with, but I don't think it is her fault. (I booked Smart Kids Pre-Starter, not Smart Kids Starter.)
I recommend QQ Kids to change the names of those courses to avoid such misunderstandings.
