I had good discussion on Module 2.5 Business Telephone Etiquette in Global Business Skills with Dawn-san.
First of all, I could match !Don’t say’s phrases’ with the ‘Do say’ phrases through some more telephone etiquette. And I did a role play with her by using useful phrases and vocabulary. It was very helpful and useful for me. I could also reply to the questions on matching each definition with vocabulary words.
She also taught me a few proper expressions when I explained to her a few phrases. It was also beneficial for me. I I enjoyed communicating with her.
