I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Perform Quality Control of Business English with Sarika-san. I could manage to reply to the two questions stated in Setting Quality Standards of Learning Goals.
I also explained to her the contents of quality standards and Quality control methods based on ISO9001 whose certificate many Japanese companies have acquired. We exchanged the opinions and experience on quality control with each other.
I enjoyed the lesson.
