この問題の正解はWhat did you not tear in the office?で
What didn't you tear in the office?は
聞きなれないし、普段使わないとのことだった。
逆だと思う。
文法的にはどちらも正しいが
前回の先生はWhat didn't you tear～?が正解だと言っていた。
ネットで検索しても後者の方が一般的な表現だと出てくる。

結局、明確な回答が得られないまま授業が終わった
