日本人にとって、先生の発音は、比較的聞き取りやすいと思います。それ以前に、日本人は、どんな先生の発音も聞き取ることができるように努力すべきですね。

特に書くこととはないです。うまく進まないのは、私、生徒自身の勉強不足によるものが原因であり、先生を評価する立場にはないです。
