Apechi

I had a lot of great discussion with Apechi-san about a new article that Israeli government decided to invade into Rafas to eliminate Hamas.
We exchanged our views about this article with each other.
I enjoyed the lesson.

I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Customer service of Business English with Apechi-san. I could manage to reply to the question on what is the good customer service stated in Warm-up. I could also reply to some questions which she asked me based on Situational dialogue.
I learned the difference between Proactive customer service and Reactive one stated through Understanding Customer service.
