Hi pinresa yesterday after class I went to play badminton with my friend! When I come came Bach home it's a little late! Yesterday we learned about diet ,nourishment health, but I confused diet with recipes,so when I expression I can't answer very accurately, for example excessive diet young people can cause fatigue dizziness and listlessness!
